Stream of consciousness update

It's been a long time since I updated my blog. I feel guilty. I wish someone else would update this blog for me....okay what's new ... well I went camping, before that I went through an ice cream craving phase, played last soccer game of the summer, signed up for fall/winter indoor soccer, paid some bills, went to work, got ready to go on two week vacation to Nova Scotia. For example I packed, I read travel guides, talked with Greg about where we will go, agreed upon a very loose plan which includes rocketry, camping, historic sites, examining high and low tides, eating seafood, taking pictures, looking for birds, whales, cormorants specifically, also sand pipers. Also recently visited with brother who came to Ottawa. Yesterday there was a big rainstorm and I did not have an umbrella to come home from work that was fun. Camping in Opeongo lake Algonquin park was really fun, even though we got rained on as well. I really enjoyed the frog in the tent, the paddling by canoe, the swimming, the fantastic loon calls. I worked all summer and now am looking forward to an adventurous vacation.
